If you ever receive something from our shop that is either an incorrect or defective item, please Contact Us so we can determine the best way to correct this issue. (Either resend your order or refund your order.)

Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (other than due to our error or defective product). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We can and do ship to virtually any address in the world as long as insurance is available by our carrier. If you are unable to check out when you enter your address, please Contact Us and we can verify whether or not shipping is available to your address.
While we strive to ship each order out within one day of receiving it, please allow up to two business days for processing unless noted otherwise in the product listing. If your order includes an item that is on "Presale," then your entire order will be held and shipped once the presale item is ready to ship.
We ship most all US orders via Priority Mail (small orders ship first class), and all international packages (under 4 pounds) via 1st class parcel service. For international orders over 4 pounds, we can provide you a shipping quote for International Priority Mail.
